As another year comes to an end, I was asked by the board to prepare a word for our company profile. I couldn’t start without thanking each and every team member of our family who believed in my vision and in the company. Thank you for all your hard work, commitment, and invaluable contributions. Your devotion and dedication are integral to our company’s progress and success.
At UPSCALE, our most valuable asset is our global team of highly professional and knowledgeable co-workers, who, through their diligence, passion, and perseverance continuously drive our advertising agency forward. It was a long shot back to our humble beginning in year 2008 when our story started and successfully continued till we’ve reached the level we sought. We are extremely proud & grateful to see that our agency has offered the highest standard of design and digital solutions to a wide range of companies ranging from middle-size to Fortune 500 corporations.
We had a blast working with clients from all over the world from New York to Portugal, Nigeria, Japan, Philippine, Iraq, Kuwait, Tanzania, Switzerland, Jordan, Dubai and Beirut. Today, our services include highly specialized and powerfully differentiated branding, digital and inbound marketing services.
Communication is great, but we went the extra mile by equipping businesses with the right tools to help them grow.
The best rule of thumb is to treat your client the way you would like to be treated. This is the main reason behind Upscale’s success.
From our perspective, the size of the client’s company is not relevant at all, whether it is a one-man shop or a national brand. What matters for us is having happy and satisfied customers because without them no business can sustain itself in the long run.

When I go back to Upscale’s early days, when it was just me, an open Word document and a blooming idea to build something great, and then look at the company now, I realize how much we expanded.
We always seek achieving faster growth and higher profits. Our aim is to grow a brand, to capitalize on economies of scale, and to have greater impact. This may entail acquiring more market share through different strategies, entering new markets, targeting new market segments, offering new solutions, and expanding or improving current operations.
I hope that next year in the updated version of our company profile, we will give you a glimpse of all our achievements in 2023. Until then, keep rolling in the free world!
